How to Use the Pen (Quick Guide) • Wash hands thoroughly before use. • Remove cap, check solution is clear, and attach a new needle. • Prime the pen to remove air. • Select the dose using the dial and confirm in the display window. • Inject at a 90° angle into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. • Hold for 5–10 seconds, then remove and safely dispose of the needle. Shipping
We ship Monday to Friday using temperature-controlled packaging to help keep research compounds cool in transit. Orders placed before 4pm are prepared for next-day UK delivery where available. Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. International shipping is available for a flat fee of £35 per order (typically 3–5 business days depending on destination and customs).
